Frequently Asked Questions

We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $55. The shipping costs for any orders under $75 are a flat rate of $4.90.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. You can check the status of your order any time on our TRACK ORDER page.  

We would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Return Process

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return

2. An RA# (Return Authorization) number will be e-mailed to you

3. Write the provided RA# on the top of the package

4. Ship the item back to Sprii Beauty in its original packaging with receipt 

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
